Synthetic Grass Tennis Court Construction
As our material of choice, we work with a large variety of synthetic grass products from Australia’s leading manufacturers. We also offer second-hand synthetic grass if project-budget is an issue.
Synthetic grass is not only attractive but also low maintenance. It stands up to weather and isn’t subject to cracking. It also strikes a nice balance between the soft playing surface of clay and the durability of concrete or asphalt.
Clay Tennis Court Construction
Clay tennis courts are the least expensive tennis court surface option. They provide a softer playing surface, slower ball bounce, and allow for slides during play. However, they are also higher maintenance and can be messy, no matter how well they are constructed.
Asphalt or Concrete Tennis Court Construction
Asphalt or concrete tennis courts are the easiest to maintain, but are, of course, the hardest playing surface. We coat our asphalt/concrete courts with an acrylic layer to seal the surface and provide an even more durable finish and to add a slight layer of impact cushion—albeit modest. By altering the level of sand in this topcoat, we can achieve a slow or fast bounce based on your preference.
